8 day from Casablanca - Morocco 8 day itinerary

Day 1: from Casablanca to Rabat and night in Fes:

Our Morocco 8 day itinerary , starts and we will drive to Fes. We pass Rabat and Meknes. We may visit most important places including the Roman ruins in Volubilis. Wwe continue to Fes. Here we stay overnight in a local riad/hotel with dinner.

Day 2: we explore Fes city with local guide in Fes private day trip:

Our Marrakech Camel Tours, Today we will have guided tour in Fes and we will explore the medina (the old city). The tour guide includes visiting Jewish Quarter and the Royal Palace. We will visit also the tanneries, then the Quaraouine first university in the world . We stay overnight in local hotel with dinner in Fes.

Day 3: from Fes to Azrou and cedar forest , to fossil city of Erfoud and stay in Sahara desert in Merzouga :

Our Marrakech Camel Tours,We drive to Ifrane – called as “the Switzerland of Morocco and we also stop at Azrou. It is a Berber village in the cedar forest. After lunch in Midelt we drive through Ziz Gorges ,Ziz Valley and we’ll drive through Berber villages. We explore Erfoud and Rissani. Then we reach Merzouga desert were we stay in local hotel with dinner.

Day 4 : camel ride in Merzouga desert and night in camp :

Our Marrakech Camel Tours, Today we explore Sahara desert deeply with 4×4 car. The guided tour includes visiting the Nomad families still living under Berber tents. Later today we will ride camel into the desert. This camel ride takes about 90 minutes to arrive to the desert camp. Here we will spend the night in the middle of sand dunes. You will enjoy the sunset and today’s dinner will be served at the desert camp with Berber music at campfire.

Day 5: Merzouga exploring the Sahara desert :

Free day in Sahara desert.

Day 6: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges:

Our camel guide will wake you up early in the morning to watch sunrise, then we’ll ride camel back to the village . After breakfast and shower in the hotel, we’ll leave for Rissani, Tinghir and Todra gorges – the highest, narrowest gorges in Morocco. After lunch in the heart of the gorge we’ll drive through the Dades Valley. We stay overnight in traditional hotel with dinner and breakfast.

Day 7: Dades gorges – Ouarzazate –Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech:

Our Marrakech Camel Tours, After breakfast we’ll drive through the Dades Valley towards Kalaat Mgouna and Ouarzazate. The route through Dades Valley is the way of the thousand Kasbahs – providing numerous opportunities to take some of your best photographic shots of the trip. We’ll stop at Kalaat Mgouna, “the rose city”. Our journey continue to Marrakech passing by Ait Ben haddou Kasbah, the largest Kasbah in Morocco. The Kasbah was built by Et Hami El Glaoui, one of the last Berber chieftains during the 18th century, now it is a house of many Glaoui people. We will pass Tizi n’tichka Pass (2260m) over the High Atlas Mountains. After we reach Marrakech , our Morocco tour finish.

Day 8 : Marrakech guided tour and end of our services :

Our Marrakech Camel Tours,You will have a guided tour to discover city of Marrakech . We will visit the most beautiful places and monuments of Marrakech. Then we drive to Casablanca. That will be end of Morocco tour.
